I can not parse name.
I do not think that the subject of something known and valuable, but the work is fun.
Good readable inscription "Proletarian Artists Union."

A canvas possibly older.

I agree completely that it is more 80s.

Obverse also was very dirty in the photo - is Washed in the new frame. The painting was cut out of the frame and very rude. I bought relatively cheaply on the famous Ukrainian forum about 5 years ago . Again, the question , which mimic the '23 , write name certainly obscure or unknown artist , which is also difficult to make out ? I do not see the economic feasibility of all this.
