Ask attribution and evaluation of this painting.
I can not parse name.
I do not think that the subject of something known and valuable, but the work is fun.
Good readable inscription "Proletarian Artists Union."

Perhaps, but what's the point to simulate /forge an unknown artist?
Add photos of the return.
Although information on such "Union ..." not found.

Much faster believe it 1973 a year, or even 83.
Stylistically, and other.
A canvas possibly older.

Year read quite confident (1923).
A sense to change the date, if not try and podmalevat name some famous?

I do not read about what I mean what seen.

Stylistically, it can not be dated 20 mi years.
I agree completely that it is more 80s.

And the back side looks old and soiled.

Obverse also was very dirty in the photo - is Washed in the new frame. The painting was cut out of the frame and very rude. I bought relatively cheaply on the famous Ukrainian forum about 5 years ago . Again, the question , which mimic the '23 , write name certainly obscure or unknown artist , which is also difficult to make out ? I do not see the economic feasibility of all this.
