How do I do I know about the cultural life (and women's role in it), if I'm here, and the cultural life of you?

Well, you watch the cultural life, participate in forums, etc.
I think that:
1. Dame artists enough. Fewer men;
2. They are smarter and a "marazmatichnuyu" sign the petition would not.
My answer.
