Help to understand the author and year

Painting done on the plate with oil. Size 14 x 9,5. face signature is not found on the reverse side is written in pencil (as if written long ago, tk visile at home always and no one had touched it)
As a signature is written neither in German or something in English. The first letter F kaligrafichkaya, then perhaps "alk" and then it is not clear, or neniv, neniu, although over u dot.
