Help to understand the author and year
 

Painting done on the plate with oil. Size 14 x 9,5. face signature is not found on the reverse side is written in pencil (as if written long ago, tk visile at home always and no one had touched it)
As a signature is written neither in German or something in English. The first letter F kaligrafichkaya, then perhaps "alk" and then it is not clear, or neniv, neniu, although over u dot.

This, I believe, not the artist's signature. The hard to read something like "Falknerjagd", which in German means "Falconry". It is consistent with the plot. It is, however, be noted that this particular phrase more common not to own in Germany (there are likely to have used the "Falkenjagd"), and for Austria or Switzerland. Well, perhaps, to southern Germany.
