It looks like the artist's signature Fyodorovsky Fedor Fedorovich (1883-1955), but not sure, very weak fotografiya.Vystavte better photo pictures, so quickly face it.

Indeed, the version of Alex-art the most plausible: "Fedorovskij" - the most plausible reading. Number of years - "1904" (or, less likely, "1914") - is also consistent with dates of life of this artist. But better makrofoto signatures still would not prevent.
