It looks like the artist's signature Fyodorovsky Fedor Fedorovich (1883-1955), but not sure, very weak fotografiya.Vystavte better photo pictures, so quickly face it.

Indeed, the version of Alex-art the most plausible: "Fedorovskij" - the most plausible reading. Number of years - "1904" (or, less likely, "1914") - is also consistent with dates of life of this artist. But better makrofoto signatures still would not prevent.

It seems that the signature and date marked with ink pen.

And the artwork, too, would not be odd (if it can show).
