Help, please identify the author of these paintings. I would be grateful for any information, because I can not find anywhere else, even a similar signature.

Bernstein Emanuel Bentsionovich Genus. 17 (30) May 1914, Nizhny Novgorod.
He studied at the Moscow Institute of Architecture (1932-1937) at the IV Rila. Worked in the project workshop (1939-1941) under the direction IV ZHOLTOVSKOGO. Author of the study "the architecture of the Balkar People's home". Architects, graphic artist.

This is of course all of the amateur. That's still got some work without a signature (on the reverse side of all these "5 polo", but that means I do not know)

I agree with your opinion about the relationship to architectural monuments.
But honest, I do not really miss the old wooden windows schelyastym his old home, preferring still metalloplastic - albeit without the Venetian glass.
