Bernstein Emanuel Bentsionovich Genus. 17 (30) May 1914, Nizhny Novgorod.
      He studied at the Moscow Institute of Architecture (1932-1937) at the IV Rila. Worked in the project workshop (1939-1941) under the direction IV ZHOLTOVSKOGO. Author of the study "the architecture of the Balkar People's home". Architects, graphic artist.
