Vsevolod Chaplin also commended the initiative of a number of legislators in Ukraine, where, as he recalled, had its first reading "and has a better chance of adoption of the" law "On protection of public morals", and has a national commission of experts on its protection.

"It's great that the developers of the bill and support its elected representatives - the representatives of different political forces. Such a law would, in my opinion, is necessary in each of the post-Soviet countries. Perhaps we should do and the framework law on the site of the CIS," - he says.
