Selling a picture of Boris Nikolayevich Yakovlev Moscow. Neglinnaya Street ", oil on canvas, 45х60 cm, 1935. Price $ 7500.

Yakovlev Boris Nikolayevich (1890 - 1972). Corresponding Member of USSR Academy of Arts. People's Artist of the RSFSR. Winner of the Stalin Prize (1949).
He graduated from the studio MUZHVZ AM Vasnetsov, and AS Stepanova in 1918, Master of industrial and lyrical landscape. Exhibitions from 1916 in 1921, exhibited with the group "World of Art". Pictures BN Yakovlev attended all the major Soviet exhibition ( "Artists of Russia for 15 years", "Industry of Socialism", All-Union Art Exhibition, etc.).
Taught VGIK (1956-1963).
He played one of the organizers AHRR in 1922, the artist's solo exhibitions were held in Moscow (1943, 1966) and Kiev (1959).
Artworks BN Yakovlev stored in the State Tretyakov Gallery, GRM, many regional museums
