Although there who knows of the existence poddtverzhdeniya Fund unknown. But writing all the letters differ significantly, especially "r" and "e".

Here are all satisfied, and you are not satisfied ...

If someone applies for a new casting a real conclusion, the Fund issued on the original work, then why the Fund is to blame? Such machinations enough. This is well known, and on the site there is even a list of facts known to them.

Fund no need to issue fake documents to work.
