I have an old article "revived pastel colors," in which Savelij Yamshchikov tells how managed to keep hundreds of pastels from the Museum of Yaroslavl, Kostroma, Smolensk, Ryazan, Orel (about 40 museums). For such merits the title of honorary citizen of Pskov - enough!
Not to mention the steel ...
