It just says Cardell. In my book on fonts in the German section (and the book was published in Leipzig), is given a handwritten inscription old polugoticheskih fonts. The letter "d" there is written exactly as it clearly shines in this inscription, namely the "crack in" to the left at the top, and this "breaking" a sharp, not smooth, as it is written in such a form of Russian.
