Painter, graphic artist books . Representative of the " unofficial art ", known primarily for its " camp suite " (or " Gulag art" ) . He studied at the Moscow Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts ( 1945-46 ) . Since 1958 member of the Union of Artists. Exhibitions featuring BP Sveshnikov held in Montgeron , France ( 1976), Bochum , Germany (1979 ), Moscow ( 1987 and 1988 ) .
