Doubtful this " musician " , a spectacular questionable.
Very modern reminded homeless , of which a great many cities in raseyskie , and such special - with the claim , dapper .
Never would have thought that the tramp is so reminiscent of the XIX century modern .
Plus - the technique does not correspond to the date .
So - summary: DO NOT BELIEVE !
