Dear Members , Good Day!

My question is in continuation of the theme - how much influence the pricing of such damage to the paintings as " Holes /piercings ?
If so, what percentage of the real cost will be :
Yes. such damage without restoration ?
b . restored the picture ?

For 100 per cent take a picture without damage and do not require restoration work .
