Need advice . The situation is this . In 2008, a rustic Swedish auction I bought the picture , the description of which was available for the artist name . Picture hanging for me almost 5 years and I sell it into his head . Pulled down to " Bukovskis " it took no doubting the authenticity of any picture or signature. To sell the work in the last year for almost the same amount that was purchased , the gift that estimate " Bukovskis " set much higher.

Just get a mail with " Bukovskis " the threat to collect from me the cost of painting as a new customer images allegedly questioned its authenticity. " B. " offers me in turn advertise the auction , the seller, knowing full well that there do not accept claims on the grounds of nullity .

To begin, I sent them to ... only in other words . I replied that as a private and honest buyer , I can not be responsible for the activities of the auction and invited them to deal directly between the auction houses.

What else can I give arguments in his defense , if fucking " B. " nevertheless will continue to settle ?
