Session of the Moscow Artists Gallery A3, the seventh season.
From 21 th October to 14 th November at Gallery A3 will show "homage."

      In recent years, the conversation about the state of the creative process one way or another comes to the issue of separation of its direct participants. This is often said those who were considered to be "living classics", recalling the events that formed the field of artistic collaboration: apartment exhibitions, one-day "clubs", a time when the library or recreation center (not to mention the studio) to the evening become a significant platform arena of fierce to fight, dispute. Similar nostalgic tone of the lost live communication can be heard from representatives of the generation of the 80's and even 90's.

      Certainly, the opportunities for realizing their own creative ambitions has now become much more - are constantly emerging new art institution: galleries, private museums, a variety of prizes, the biennale, and so on, and participation in international projects, there is little anyone can surprise, with feeling vacuum, which is experiencing every single artist, it only gets sharper. You can find many reasons for this phenomenon - and social, and shop, but one of the main problem is the hermeneutical properties rather - the lack of a "common language, conceptual and value. As a consequence, the interaction both between groups and between individual authors becomes very difficult if not impossible. That is why any attempt to overcome the situation seems to merit attention. The project "homage" - a search of the reference points against which may begin picking up the general communicative field.

      What could be more common among artists of different generations, different schools (or their absence) and, moreover, different creative strategies and tools? I would like to believe that such an archaic thing as love for the arts (not just its own way) - that quality which is inherent in quite a lot. Enthusiasm for the product, which directly or indirectly led to engage in creative work, school reverence for the master of, the internal dialogue with the master - can be considered universal events in the life of the artist.
      We offer the participants turned to the genre homage - to express his appreciation to pay tribute to them meaningful to the author. To comply with structural integrity of the project is to be expressed in the form of dealing with specific elected member to the product (with a reproduction of it). It is only natural that we give up the time, and the stylistic limitations in the choice of "recipients of creative offerings."

      The result will be not only an exposition of works by contemporary authors, but their art gallery and landmarks. By the discussion will be presented with a series of questions: - Does the general authorities in the different art direction - are there any dominant structural features of choice (time, geographic or stylistic) - when starting a classic and that the modern artist is meant thereby.
Welcomes the introduction and other topics for discussion, proposed to hold meetings, lectures, master classes - by prior arrangement.

      The project will have a unique opportunity for the first time in Russia to see the film «The Desert Of Forbidden Art» - the work of American documentary dedicated to the creator of the Nukus Museum IV Savitsky.

Your project is very interesting. Perhaps you have published some examples? In St. Petersburg there is a similar line ... been cast aside.

K-Maler, Vernissage of the exhibition on October 21 while the image is not available if the gallery will provide information, news that some will, I think. In the meantime, have to wait for the opening.
