Gallery of the "Cinema" began its activity in 1996 and the first designs were carried out in showrooms Kinocentre Krasnaya Presnya. To date, the Gallery has become well known and stable authority due to the active and creative activities, a major exhibition project and program implementation.

In its activity Gallery "Cinema" covers a wide range of modern indoor artistic phenomena. Galleries strategy involves the most complete reflection of the artistic processes and trends of modern domestic arts, in which structure is the artistic heritage of the 60-80's and contemporary art. Advertisement Gallery - Elena Yureneva and Pauline Lobachevsky, were among the first to hold exhibitions of nonconformist artists who received internationally known and included in the history of world art.

Gallery "Cinema" - one of the first private art galleries, which started to cooperate State Tretyakov Gallery. Corps of Engineers THG were solo exhibitions of artists Francisco Infante, Dmitry Krasnopevtseva, Anatoly Zverev, who enjoyed great success as a professional and have a wide audience and actively covered by the media.

Pauline Lobachevsky has donated a painting of the State Tretyakov Gallery Zvereva, which is on permanent display. In addition to THG, the Gallery of "Cinema" and collaborates with other museums, in particular, with the State Museum of Oriental Art.

In practice, exhibition galleries "Cinema" for E. Yureneva and
P. Lobachevsky equally as important as the quality concept and quality of submitted works. They are attracted by large-scale projects which are interesting as a phenomenon as a whole. Choosing a project in terms of its artistic value, gallery owners are considering an exhibition space as a kind of experimental field in which you can show and explore the new.

Curators managed to unite around their exhibitions of talented artists living and working in Russia and abroad. More than 30 well-known Moscow artists collaborating with the gallery. Artists do not restrict the choice of themes, techniques and formal methods: it can be art in its classical form, drawing, installation, video art, installations, photographs, etc.
