Good afternoon.

Painting.
Oil on canvas.
Dimensions 62h42, with frame 80x60.
Picture of the restored frame, too.
Painting stretched to a new stretcher.
Presumably the mid-19 century.
No subscription.

Help with the assessment and possible author.
I would be very grateful.

It seems that the picture is hopelessly varnished.
Increase the lower left corner.
