I read the signature as "G. Pavolani". And indeed, this artist worked in Venice in the late XIX - XX centuries. Even managed to find a sample of his signature (see attachment), it has certain features in common with the signature on your watercolors. But, unfortunately, nothing else about this artist is unknown. Perhaps that is an alias.
