I read the signature as "G. Pavolani". And indeed, this artist worked in Venice in the late XIX - XX centuries. Even managed to find a sample of his signature (see attachment), it has certain features in common with the signature on your watercolors. But, unfortunately, nothing else about this artist is unknown. Perhaps that is an alias.

A watercolor Your beautiful. However, the topic is not new: the Grand Canal drew thousands of times by thousands of artists. But the distinguishing feature of your watercolor is very thin, literally filigree technique, which is unusual for watercolors, too soon for the engraving.
