And I, frankly, it seemed doubtful authorship. Have not seen the work Tim Block oil (but it's nothing says). The signature on my authentic differs.

Signed likely stamped later. M. Thieme (Block) had an academic education, she was a member of LOSHa, of course, he painted landscapes. This is written well and there are nuances that made use of it. About it now, will outline in the St. Petersburg art history notebooks (collections AIS).
