According to a bad photo that you gave, you can read the signature as "B. Treter". There was a Treter Bogdan (Bogdan Treter, 1886 - 1945) - famous Polish architect, artist and restorer. Best known as an architect. His work with oil in the network no, there is a pattern with a signature similar to the one in your picture (see attachment). Still, I do not really believe that the famous architect would create work for reasons other artist, besides his contemporaries.
