Help identify the author, painting on canvas paint: what is the cost as maslo.I who thinks?

You are not just bad photos and bad. Judging by him, then I have formed the same view as in Igor Gurieva. Give photos a little better, with correct color, no glare. Take a picture from the frame and large, clear (!) Cellphone signature: maybe part of it is hidden frame. Then, perhaps, and opinions changed. Size of the picture, choose the photo side, too, is desirable.
I have a suspicion that the picture of Sweden, and the author ... Let the will be a clear signature.
