Finally set the author of this work - it is Khvostenko Veniaminovich Basil (1896 - 1960), a pupil Arkhipova and K. Korovin. Reenactors famous ancient encaustic technique. In 1920 he worked in the "Windows of growth." In the 1930's played a graphic series on the construction of coal mines and factories in the Urals. In the 1950's working in a political poster. Work Khvostenko are in the Russian State Library (RSL) in Moscow, GIM and other collections.
Many thanks to one Moscow antiquary and connoisseur of Russian painting for the valuable information. No sovereign's expert was not able to identify the author of this work ...
