To 23 Feb) exhibition" Silver century threads, dedicated to the creativity of artists, philosophers, continued in 1920-1970-s quest of Russian Symbolism. The exhibition will present approximately 150 works of masters, whose work in tough times, the oppression of socialist realism, has managed to preserve the freedom of artistic search abroad Х1Х-twentieth centuries.
Among them - the artistic heritage of artists cosmists association «Amaravella» (back to the Sanskrit word "Amaravati" - "abode of immortals and is associated with the energy of the creative nature). Spiritual and creative inspiration of this association was Pyotr Fateev (1891-1971). Its attractive topic of internal relations of things, it often refers to the expression of internal states in an abstract way, passing the color and lines of music of the soul. And his songs with a meaningful way - are unreal and symbolic.
One of the youngest members of the artistic association - Boris A. Smirnov-Rusetski (1905-1993), - stayed loyal to the elected creative principles to the last days. His cycles pastels "Transparency", "Cosmos", "Clouds", "North" and the other set in the picturesque tradition of Roerich and M. Churlenisa dominated graphic start, subtle color gradations, the transition states of illumination.
In the famous tradition of artistic association beginning of XX century «Blue Rose» may be related work Serafim Aleksandrovich Pavlovsky (1905-1989), whose paintings are imbued with light, they have almost the air transparency . ( "The branch of apple", "Fading Flowers").
A different relationship with the art of the late nineteenth and twentieth centuries can be traced in the air watercolors Faith Leonidovna Yasnopolskoy (1916-1996), a pupil of Arthur Fonvizin.
