Revision "ArtChronika" formed a list of more than 140 people who have the most significant influence on the artistic process in Russia in 2009. The list was sent to 16 experts, each of which could select the top 50, in his opinion, candidates, and make it not included in the tentative names of editorial selection. Then for each candidate received a place he receive points on the sum which the winners were determined.
