Koch was arrested by the British May 24, 1949 in Hamburg and in early 1950 referred to the Polish government. October 19, 1958 against him began court sentenced him March 9, 1959 to the death penalty. The sentence was commuted to life imprisonment because of poor health Koch (allowed to execute only healthy). In conclusion, Koch lived another 27 years, experienced Polish President Wladyslaw Gomulka and died in prison Barczewo in 1986. (c)

"Vasily Lyubchik 1913. (27.01.) 10.02 - 1987.02.02 - Ukrainian, American artist - painter, professor, born in the village Goryachevodsk,
Piatigorsky district, Stavropol Territory, Russia.
  In 1932. graduated from Krasnodar Art College,
   in 1941 - the Kiev Art Institute.
          Disciple PG Volokidina and Professor FG Krichevsky.
   In 1946, adopted in USSR Union of Artists.
Name VA Lyubchika entered the art history of the Soviet Ukraine, as a painter of historical genre, the master of the portrait, teacher. Member of more than 70 official art exhibitions.
               With the independence of Ukraine, the name of the artist tried to forget and erase from the history of art, as "representative of socialist realism."

     This picture really belongs to the brush VA Lyubchika, written in 1949
It's called "Scout Kuznetsov. Liquidation Gauleiter Bauer". So, Koh here, not with it.
     Up to 80 years, painting was on display at the Lviv Museum of Ukrainian Art.
 Following the announcement by Ukraine on its independence when leaped nationalism, along with the monuments to Lenin, one of the first was destroyed and a glorious monument to scout.
 Apparently, exposure of the Soviet period was closed and the exhibits were stolen. This can be seen on the misspelt name for location-specific events. On the future can only guess.
