And yet, I decided to wait outside the door. As it turned out - not in vain. The last remaining apartments began to appear on business people. Seeing a man with a camera, thin inhabitant of the house said, as the cut:

And in general, reconstruction is possible in two variants. Both are very expensive.

The second option - to keep the facade and front wall, and everything else to build anew, with a modern layout, in which the old configuration will only have stair opening. This so-called "Leningrad" method of restoration, which was reconstructed, and several houses in Odessa, for example, the one on the corner of Deribasovskaya and Richelieu.

Alas, it seems, money for the reconstruction of houses Russova no one and did not seem to be.
