Pierre Berge, the partner and the executor of Yves Saint Laurent, in November 2009 put up for auction at Christie's belongings of the late couturier of his house on the Normandy coast and from the Paris apartment. According to AFP, among other visitors to the auction lots will be offered a picture of Fernand Leger in 1950 (80 -120 thousand euros) and the car "Mercedes-Benz 2007 issue (30 - 50 thousand euros).
Results for auction, which will be held in Paris on 17 - November 19, 1200 will be exhibited items worth 3.4 million euros. The proceeds will go to charities involved in HIV research.
