That bought five paintings by Eugene Titov. Art Nouveau style of Klimt and Alphonse Mucha. In my opinion he is one of our first Russian sovremenikov convert to this direction now. Interesting technique - oil on canvas, gilding, gold leaf, gems. Very pasty, even relief. And the school of icon painting immediately felt. This is a picture of his series "Egyptian dreams. I like it. Future top lots for future auctions

Evgeny Titov (b. 1969) graduated from the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts of Ilya Repin. Participated in the restoration of the iconostasis of the Kazan Cathedral in St. Petersburg and the restoration of the fresco of the Moscow Kremlin. Now lives and works in Switzerland.

Titov has sold to the French auction, I think a year will appear in the other. Well, Klimt's hard to find. Look at Sotheby's or Christie's.
