lettrism (from the French LETTRISME) - artistic trend, founded in 1946 in Paris. Basis lettrism - systematization and classification of the letter (lettre) in all spheres of culture and creativity. Most under lettrism meant to create images similar to the font, as well as compositions based on them. (c)
