Rubinstein David Isaakovich.
Born in Odessa in 1902.
In 1929. graduated from Odessa art College (professors T. B. Fraerman and V. H. Sause).
In 1929-1931 he taught drawing and sketching in high school and College in Bukhara cotton.
In the 1930's working in the Moscow papers, travels all over the country.
With 1932. - member of the USSR Union of artists.
