The portrait was in Minsk in the early 20 th century, somewhere in the years 30-50-x, apparently because of the numerous talus, was partially rewritten by another artist (rewritten clothing, doctored the eye and hair).
Of all the artists who worked in the early 20 th century in Minsk, the most similar to Nicodemus Silivanovicha (1834 - 1919). But, unfortunately, I do not have a great illustrative material on this artist. Perhaps someone from forumchan saw a lot of work later Silivanovicha (10-ies of the 20 th century), that would argue that this is not exactly he or the other way around))))
