First , Oleg, ATMs were not working only during hostilities , and even then not all. Now it all works.
Secondly, those prices , which I wrote , developed before the start of the revolution in November last year . So the events of recent months are not to blame .
Third, Kassai - a good artist , but prolific and sooo sooo much work to order . Ukrainian market is full of his work . Hence the price.
Fourth, prices Transcarpathian school in recent years generally fell dramatically - as you undoubtedly know better than me .
