Help to establish the authorship!
Dear experts ( to let you go so ) ! Please help us to identify the author of this piece ! We only know that the watercolor paper was imported from Germany. Perhaps it was written by a French or German master the mid 19th century. At the bottom there is a stamp of the Royal Prussian Academy of the Arts (as I understand) and the inscription in red pencil . But the authorship Demuretta doubt .
