I want to sell a portrait by an unknown artist, presumably the end of the XIX beginning of XX century, the size of 64 * 49 cm, oil on canvas, no signature.

Help to understand the artistic value and the cost of the work.

Yes , the portrait can be dated , obviously, since the 1880s .
Strong commercial is not ( tea is not a young girl with a bunch of flowers , and some butch aunt with the look of the school kindergarten teacher ) .

The quality of painting on such a photo is hard to imagine smears can not see at all ...

Perhaps the artist studied at the Moscow School of Painting , Sculpture and Architecture , or at the Academy of Fine Arts.

Yes, the old lady now out of fashion.
A painting like and nothing good clear picture should especially the face, it is quite professionally done, though boring

Actually mordvy not exist: there Erzya and Moksha - two related people, but each with their own written.

In the USSR, the inhabitants of Mordovia ASSR passports were in three languages - Russian, Erzya and Moksha.
