Dear colleagues, who may know how to get this permit in Poland?

Looked after in a Polish store in 1840 a ​​bronze statue weighing 15 kg. and beautiful chandeliers in 1880 .
I want to fly for a couple of days and bring to Moscow .
I look at the rules on the export of antiques from Poland , which is over 50 years old need a permit .
