He - one of the creative leaders of the northern capital of the 1960s, one of the initiators and active participants of the "Eleven", created in the Leningrad Union of Artists. In the period from 1959 to 1999. Egoshin was a member of more than 70 exhibitions in various cities of the country and abroad - in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Czechoslovakia, the United States and Japan. From the very beginning of his career, he showed a strong interest in the art of 1910-1920's, first of all, to the masters of "The Jack of Diamonds" - P. Konchalovsky, Mashkov, A. Of a wide variety of subjects the artist chooses what is close to him that fits his conception of the world, his desire to join the superior nature, its mysterious aspects. G.Egoshin, after passing the phase of experimentation and different searches, beginning with 1970's running in a single creative manner, a certain degree of integrity.
