luka77, if it is agreed that the initials of the artist read as NShch, then not so much with the authors name on the u and the name on the H. In any case, in the hood. ranking shows only 5 people. Internet leads to the conclusion that most likely none of them is the author of your picture .

I honestly think that this is all the work of an amateur .

By the way, as the version: it looks like an illustration for some of the popular science magazine.
Technique and size did not seem to disagree.
