I do not doubt the authenticity of the attached expert opinion. Indeed, like paper, hand-written on a plain sheet with the logo of GRC, issued in mid - II half of the 1990s, and the handwriting Emilia Mihajlovny - definitely true).
But: Are you absolutely certain that the conclusion we are talking about this work?
I was confused that the "at the bottom left" I do not see any signature "Alexander Benois" no "Latin" or any other "letters". But called signature is clearly visible in the lower right corner work.
In the lower left corner just as clearly read the word "souvenir" (which in the description of the author's writing is not even mentioned).
About the visual motif I can not judge, perhaps, just so and looked in 1903, called the Temple (which I presented to the watercolors do not see any).

Вы совершенно правы, что не можете более увидеть эту церковь. О на была разобрана в 1930 году. Как Вы видите заключение выдано повторно. И, насколько я знаю, именно на эту картину. Заключение получал академик Российской Акадкадемии наук, от которого я и получил эту акварель по наследству. Как говориться, что имеем.... Тем не менее спасибо за ваш отзыв.
