Ladies and Gentlemen!
I would like to know who the manufacturer of the plate. It is clear that the pattern on it reflects the course of the Russian-Turkish war. I believe that it was made during or immediately after the war. Perhaps it was a series of plates for mass customers . On the rim of the traces of gilding.

Have not seen anyone this or similar plates? Is there any idea when and where it was made ?

Tarelkin, the flip side plates indicates a good plant where it was made.

Such matters to the IPF.

Outer diameter of about 2.20 cm plates

The diameter of the reference side on the back of the plate (sorry, but I'm not familiar with the special termminologiey) about 11 Figure hand, underglaze.
The reverse side drenched glaze.

This is a special case when not used " linen" was inherited after 1917. But in this case it was marked.
And to imperial clothes sold in smaller offices or abroad - is unlikely. Sometimes Yusupov had the French " laundry" work, as he did not come with IPE (incidentally on the marked priest's also done). And these are the circle and the Austrian and French porcelain . I am not strong in technology, but I think this is due to her.
