Since 1957 - participant of art exhibitions.
Since 1961 - Member of the Union of Artists.
From 1959 to 1961 he worked in combine graphic art.
In 1988-94 years. supervised children's studio "The Firebird" by the UNESCO program "Beauty will save the world." Since 1996 - the permanent chairman of the jury of the International children's drawing competition "Dialogue", which over the years involving more than 25,000 children from all over the world. He was awarded the medal "Svetoslav Roerich."
His works are in the State Russian Museum, the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Museum of Fine Arts. AS Pushkin State Museum of VV Mayakovsky.
In the Picture Gallery Krasnoarmeysk stored 58 graphic works by Yu Mogilev.
