Dear artists, art historians and anyone interested in painting ! Tell me , please, who could be the author of this painting , and what is the price tag .
This picture in the same frame was given 60 years ago, a relative of my friend as something valuable. Once on TV saw a similar picture in the American film . We can not determine authorship, the estimated cost . Maybe someone knows the autograph of the artist or style.
