Sleshinsky Orest Vladimirovich (10.01.1930 - 01.03.2008)
Born in 1930 in Smolensk, and came to Odessa in 1944, the third year Marine College, he moved to the famous Art College. Grekov. Orestes Sleshinsky had a rare scenic culture. Exquisite color structure of his paintings based on subtle gradations of color and tone. The interior of this pattern creates a feeling of peace, gentleness, silence. In conversation with me he expressed his credo:

He will be more than it was. This is the meaning of art in general - in the spiritual enrichment. I once experienced something mystical front of a painting by Rembrandt "The Return of the Prodigal Son."
