Simon Leonidovich Rawski was born in 1947 in Kirovograd. In 1970 , he graduated from Krasnodar Art College. Who is the head designer of the museum history of the city of Kiev. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. His works are in museums of Ukraine and private collections in the USA, Italy , Germany, Israel , and Russia.
