There are no real signs in Georgian - simulates a fake Georgian - absurd composition letters expressionless.
Apparently this picture is purchased on a "dry bridge" in Tbilisi ( or somewhere in a place like this ) where artists work on foreigners and sell paintings signing them false names and texts.
