Unique and "hand made" and some no author's interpretation ( and author frames) and some no possibility (albeit hypothetical) " margin " ..
Giclee ( reproduction ) on a quality canvas can be more expensive .
And add uniqueness ( IMHO ) Interior ( appearance )

Strictly neutral monochrome justified in this case.
I would prefer a series of Dragon, honestly.
People come to eat , socialize , and you push them high art ..
