The sticker on the auction is not very similar (in my humble experience). Amount in Belgian francs ( if you can call sum) can not beat the amount in euros ( rate should be 40,3399:1 ).
As for the picture itself and the artist can not say anything . Sought Japanese surrealist painter early XX century Harue Koga, but his work is not like this at all ( in my opinion) .

Yes, the name of the house , date, some interior № (№ auction itself ?) And item number .
The estimate can not see.
I have a tag with a 5-6, probably, different auctions - some auctions on threads hang tags , some staples are fixed , some are just glued to the sub-frame , there is a picture yourself with these stickers, but the estimate can not name one , I think.
